Returns


Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you an exchange or refund. To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition. Please, follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@barracudakids.cat telling us the reason of the return.
  2. Fill the Return Form that you’ll find inside the purchase’s pack, or print it here
  3. Put it inside the pack with the item/s that you want to return, and send it us to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your credit card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you’re sendind a damaged or incorrect one/s.; Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please, consider using a trackable shipping service, otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Various types of items are exempt from a refund: any underwear such as socks, swimwear and boxers.

Changes


Our changes policy also lasts 15 days since you’ve received the purchase at your place. To do the change, please, follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@barracudakids.cat telling us the reason of the change.
  2. Fill the Return Form that you’ll find inside the order’s pack or print it here.
  3. Put it inside the pack with the item/s that you want to return, and send it us to the following address:

If you have received a damaged or wrong item/s we can refund or replace them. In this case we can fix or replace the item/s that we will ask you to send in the same conditions that you received, without washing, without using and with the labels still adhered. We pay shipping costs only in case of damaged or incorrect item/s.

If the reason for the change is due to a size error then shipping costs are borne by you, so we ask you to consult the size guides. To make a change:

  1. Do the Return the way we explain.
  2. Proceed to make a new purchase.

Late or Lost Refunds


If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Get in touch with your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order cancellations


We do not accept cancellations. Once the payment is formalized, it cannot be reversed or canceled, thank you.
